Family-run aged care shouldn’t run on Excel. I’m building ori.tools — AI compliance and operations, built with operators. Founding cohort: 10 only.

// About me
Aged care runs in the family. My father runs Fairlea — a family-run provider with three homes in Penshurst, Harris Park and Rosehill. My grandmother helps run a home care non-profit. So the operational reality of small-to-mid aged care has been around me my whole life — just not in my hands directly.
My background is consulting — strategy and operations work before I started writing software. These days I do two things: I build the internal tools Fairlea actually uses, and I help other family-run providers do the same.
Matthew25 AI is the studio side of that work. ori.tools is the productised version of those tools — for other family-run providers. If you run 1–10 facilities and you’ve outgrown spreadsheets but can’t justify enterprise software, I’d love to chat.

Two are inside Fairlea. One was built for a home care provider in Sydney.
Pulls a client's old care plans into a draft assessment. The care manager fills it in on site, then the tool re-drafts the plan from those inputs. What used to take three days of email back-and-forth now happens in one visit.
Categorises progress notes by quality indicator and pushes them onto a dashboard the QM team actually opens. There's also a workspace that scans policies for gaps against the new Strengthened Standards.
Temperatures, cleaning logs, cooking records, certificate expiries. Replaces the paper folder kitchens still keep next to the freezer.
// Why work with me
Fairlea — my family's business — is where most of this starts. I sit next to people running facilities every day. I'm not pretending I've run audit week, but the people I build for are the ones I have dinner with.
Years in strategy and operations consulting before this. I think in systems and processes — what your team is actually doing every day, where it leaks time, what to change first.
No sales team. No SDRs. If you book a call, you're talking to me. Same for onboarding, support, and roadmap — until that genuinely doesn't scale.
Tell me where your operation is bleeding time. I’ll tell you whether I can help, and if not, who can.
